تشغّل شركة النسيج العربي تطبيق إزار، المصمم بواسطة الأستاذ عبدالله العراقي لمساعدة الخياطين والقيّاسين على قياس ميلان الكتف. عنوان التواصل: الرياض، حي نمار، طريق ديراب، المملكة العربية السعودية. التطبيق أداة للخياطة وليس جهازاً طبياً.

البيانات واستخدامها

نعالج الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الجوال وبيانات الشركة التي تقدمها، ومعرف الحساب ومعرف الجهاز المستخدم للخدمة، لإنشاء الحساب وتسجيل الدخول والتحقق من الجوال وإدارة الوصول والتجربة والاشتراك والدعم ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. تُخزّن كلمة المرور بصيغة مشتقة بالتجزئة، لا كنص صريح.

يستخدم التطبيق قراءات حركة واتجاه الجهاز لحساب ميلان الكتف وعرض النتائج. عند التواصل مع الدعم، نعالج البيانات والرسائل والصور التي تختار إرسالها؛ تجنّب إرسال بيانات أشخاص آخرين دون إذنهم.

نعالج معرفات معاملات Apple والمنتجات وحالة الاشتراك ومدته وبيئة المعاملة للتحقق من الشراء واستعادة الوصول والتجديد والإلغاء. تعالج Apple الدفع وفق سياساتها. لا نطلب بيانات بطاقتك المصرفية في التطبيق.

تتضمن سجلات تشغيل الخادم عنوان IP ووقت الطلب ومساره وحالة الاستجابة لأغراض تشغيل الخدمة وتشخيص الأعطال والأمان. لا نستخدم البيانات للتتبع الإعلاني ولا نبيعها.

مقدمو الخدمة والمشاركة

تستخدم الخدمة استضافة AWS، ومزود 360dialog وقنوات WhatsApp للتحقق والرسائل المرتبطة بالخدمة، وApple للمشتريات والاشتراكات. تتم مشاركة البيانات اللازمة للوظيفة ذات الصلة، مثل رقم الجوال ورسالة التحقق أو معلومات المعاملة. قد تعالج هذه الجهات البيانات خارج بلدك. قد نفصح عن معلومات عند وجوب ذلك نظاماً أو لحماية الخدمة والحقوق. روابط الدعم الخارجية تخضع أيضاً لسياسات الجهات المشغلة لها.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

تُحتفظ بيانات الحساب لتوفير الخدمة ما دام الحساب قائماً. عند حذف الحساب، تُزال بيانات حسابه وجلساته ورموز التحقق وصلاحيات الوصول المرتبطة به من قاعدة الحسابات النشطة. قد تبقى سجلات المعاملات والسجلات التقنية والأمنية والنسخ الاحتياطية عند وجودها لأغراض الالتزامات النظامية وحماية الخدمة وتسوية النزاعات واستمرارية التشغيل؛ حذف الحساب لا يعني محو جميع هذه السجلات فوراً. تُقيّم الحاجة للاحتفاظ بحسب نوع البيانات والغرض، ويمكنك طلب توضيح ما يخص حسابك عبر البريد أعلاه.

يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب من خيار حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق، أو التواصل بالبريد لطلبات البيانات والمساعدة. نتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب. حذف الحساب لا يلغي تجديد اشتراك Apple؛ تُدار الاشتراكات من إعدادات حساب Apple.

حقوقك وخياراتك

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو نسخة منها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، والاعتراض أو سحب الموافقة حيث تكون أساس المعالجة، وفق الأنظمة المنطبقة. قد نحتاج بعض البيانات لتقديم وظائف الحساب والاشتراك، وقد يتعذر تقديمها عند عدم توفيرها. يمكنك التحكم في أذونات الجهاز من إعداداته، ويؤثر تعطيل الأذونات المطلوبة في الميزات المعتمدة عليها.

الحماية والتحديثات

نستخدم اتصال HTTPS وضوابط وصول لحماية الخدمة. لا توجد وسيلة حماية تضمن أماناً مطلقاً. لا تشارك كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق مع الآخرين. ننشر تعديلات هذه السياسة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث، ونوضح التغييرات الجوهرية بالطريقة المناسبة.

Operator and contact

Al Naseej Al Arabi Company operates EZAR, designed by Mr. Abdullah Al Eraqi to assist tailors with shoulder tilt measurement. Contact address: Namar District, Dirab Road, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The app is a tailoring aid, not a medical device.

Data and purposes

We process your name, email, phone number, company details you provide, account identifier and service device identifier for account creation, sign-in, phone verification, access, trials, subscriptions, support and abuse prevention. Passwords are stored as derived hashes, not plaintext.

The app processes device motion and orientation readings to calculate shoulder tilt and display results. We process messages, images and information you choose to send to support. Do not send another person's information without their permission.

We process Apple transaction and product identifiers, subscription status, duration and transaction environment to verify purchases, restore access and handle renewals and cancellations. Apple processes payments under its policies. We do not request your bank card details in the app.

Server operational logs include IP address, request time, path and response status for service operation, troubleshooting and security. We do not use data for advertising tracking or sell it.

Providers and sharing

We use AWS hosting, 360dialog and WhatsApp channels for verification and service messages, and Apple for purchases and subscriptions. Data necessary for the relevant function is shared, such as a phone number and verification message or transaction information. Providers may process data outside your country. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to protect the service and rights. External support links are also subject to their operators' policies.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained to provide the service while the account exists. Account deletion removes the account's data, sessions, verification tokens and associated access entitlements from the active account database. Transaction records, technical and security logs, and backups where present may remain for legal obligations, service protection, dispute resolution and operational continuity. Account deletion does not immediately erase every such record. Retention needs depend on the data and purpose; contact us for details concerning your account.

You can request account deletion through the in-app account deletion option, or email us for data requests and assistance. We verify account ownership before acting. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription renewal; manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis, subject to applicable law. Some information is required for account and subscription functions; withholding it may prevent those functions. Device permissions can be managed in device settings. Disabling required permissions affects features that depend on them.

Security and changes

We use HTTPS and access controls to protect the service. No security measure guarantees absolute protection. Do not share passwords or verification codes. Updates are published on this page with a revised date, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
